Craniosacral Therapy
A gentle, whole-body approach that supports the central nervous system by easing tension in the craniosacral system (brain, spinal cord, and surrounding tissues). Using extremely light touch—about the weight of a nickel—it helps calm the nervous system, encourage a parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) response, and allow the body to unwind and heal naturally.
Airway Health
Focuses on how breathing impacts posture, movement, pain, and overall wellbeing. Through comprehensive assessment, we identify issues such as airway compromise and jaw (TMJ) dysfunction that may contribute to symptoms. Treatment may include manual therapy, education, and targeted exercises to improve posture, restore healthy breathing patterns, and optimize airway function for whole-body health.
Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy
A specialized treatment focused on the muscles that support the bladder, uterus, rectum, and prostate. It helps restore healthy muscle tone, coordination, and control to reduce pain, improve bladder and bowel function, and support sexual health—promoting comfort, confidence, and overall wellbein
Craniosacral Therapy for Babies & Children
A gentle, non-invasive treatment using light touch to support the nervous system. It can help infants recover from birth stress and address concerns like reflux, colic, feeding challenges (including latching), sleep difficulties, head shape asymmetries, constipation, teething discomfort, and general fussiness by easing tension and promoting regulation.

Our
Story

Get to Know Dr. Danielle
Welcome! I’m Dr. Danielle, a physical therapist, wife, and mom of four dedicated to helping you and your children become your most balanced, resilient selves.

I earned my BS in Biology and Psychology from Loyola College and my Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. With more than 15 years of experience, I’m certified in pelvic health and craniosacral therapy, blending evidence-based physical therapy with a whole-body, nervous-system-informed approach.
My work focuses on identifying the root cause of dysfunction and empowering patients to trust their own “inner physician.” I integrate myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, visceral and neural manipulation, and therapeutic exercise to support lasting healing.
Over time, my practice has evolved to emphasize pelvic floor and craniofacial health, airway development, and tethered oral tissues — connecting the dots between systems that are often treated separately. It’s a privilege to walk alongside individuals and families on their path to wellness!
